About The Event
The session began with Ms. Celine Hu warmly introducing herself, narrowing the distance between speaker and audience through her sincerity. She shared her personal journey with music—how it has accompanied her through life and shaped her understanding of self and expression. Then, she invited everyone to “play music starting from rhythm” with hands-on, joyful activities:
🎵 Creative Rhythm Exploration
Participants were guided to use their hands and paper cups to tap out rhythmic beats together. When Celine played a video of her daughter performing a complex rhythm routine using just a cup, the room filled with gasps of amazement.
🎶 Fun Rhythm Games
Using playful lyrics like “Banana, oh yes yummy!,” she seamlessly combined body movement and speech rhythm, making the activity both simple and delightfully engaging. Everyone found joy in the rhythm and connected deeply with its expressive power.
