Work With CSIA
Contribute to a growing academic platform through projects, programmes, communication, and institutional support.
CSIA welcomes individuals who wish to contribute to its ongoing academic, organisational, and public-facing work. This page outlines the kinds of involvement through which contributors may support the Academy’s development over time.
Why Work With CSIA
Working with CSIA means contributing to a platform shaped by academic exchange, cross-cultural communication, and institution-facing development. As the Academy continues to grow, it depends not only on ideas and programmes, but also on the people who help organise, communicate, coordinate, and sustain its wider work.
This pathway is intended for those who wish to take part in that process in a serious and practical way, while engaging with Cambridge-based academic life and a wider network of institutions, scholars, and projects.
Ways to Contribute
Project Support
Contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of selected academic and exchange-related initiatives.
Communications and Content
Support public communication, editorial work, digital updates, and related forms of content development.
Events and Programme Assistance
Assist with lectures, visits, community activities, and other forms of programme organisation.
Institutional and Administrative Support
Contribute to the Academy’s wider organisational work through coordination, follow-up, and practical support.
CSIA welcomes expressions of interest from students, graduates, early-career researchers, academically engaged contributors, and others whose experience or interests align with the Academy’s work. We particularly value individuals who are thoughtful, reliable, communicative, and able to contribute within a collaborative and intellectually oriented environment.
Depending on the context, involvement may take different forms, including project-based support, communications work, event assistance, internships, or other evolving modes of contribution.
