The CSIA alumni network brings together those who have taken part in the Academy’s programmes, activities, exchanges, and wider community life. It offers a continuing point of connection through shared experience, ongoing communication, and future participation.
Get Involved
There are many ways for alumni and long-term members of the CSIA community to remain engaged with the Academy’s evolving academic, cultural, and institutional work.
CSIA welcomes renewed participation from those who wish to contribute through ideas, experience, communication, mentoring, programme support, or wider institutional connection.
CSIA grows through the people who remain connected to it over time. Alumni and long-term contributors do not simply belong to the Academy’s past; they also shape its future through renewed participation, shared expertise, and continued support across programmes, events, and institutional development.
Ways to Get Involved
Speak at a CSIA Event
Share academic insight, professional experience, or personal reflection through lectures, talks, panels, or selected programme sessions.
Support a Programme or Project
Contribute to the planning, coordination, or delivery of selected CSIA programmes, including educational, cultural, exchange-based, or community-facing initiatives.
Mentor or Encourage New Participants
Offer guidance, conversation, or informal support to newer members of the CSIA community, particularly those navigating study, exchange, or academic life in Cambridge and the UK.
Contribute to the Quarterly or Publications
Share writing, reflections, profile-based material, or editorial support for the CSIA Quarterly and related publication work.
Help Build Institutional and Cultural Links
Support connections between CSIA and universities, academic units, organisations, and wider networks through introductions, communication, or sustained exchange.
Host, Support, or Sponsor an Activity
Where appropriate, alumni and supporters may also contribute to selected events, workshops, visits, or community-based activity through practical or institutional support.
